Woo! Selena Gomez has released her new single, Come and Get It today and it’s on fire! I’m going to be honest, when I first heard the teasers Selena posted on her Twitter, I was worried. I was even a bit worried when I started listening to the song, and it took me a few tries to decide what I felt about it. Let this be known, this is a whole new era for Sel. This song is unlike anything we’re heard from her before, and I think that’s what adds to the flawlessness. The sound is definitely new for her, but I’m really liking it! Like I said, it took me a few listens, but this morning I put it on and I couldn’t help but jam. Ps. Big props girl for helping me get through this Monday morning commute. And in case you’re wondering, Selena opened up to Ryan Seacrest this morning and said it is NOT about ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber. So don’t get all worked up Beliebers, JUST ENJOY THE SONG!! Or don’t.
